For PC and Mac players in the Americas, the Diablo III patch 2.6.1a is now available, and you can patch the game accordingly. Keep on reading to find out about what has changed and see the patch notes in their entirety.
Note: Until the patch is available in your region, you will receive prompts to download it. If your client is from Europe or Asia, you will have to wait for the patch to be available there before you can install it. Furthermore, Global Play will be unavailable to you if your region is in the Americas and want to log into Asia or Europe once the update goes live; you will be able to log in again after the patch goes live in those regions.
Blizzard recommends you use their Technical Support forum or access the support website if you need assistance because you're unable to patch the game, connect to Blizzard Services after patching the game, run the patched game or experiencing any other technical problems.
Unlike other rewards, Conquests do not roll over at the end of the Season (because they aren’t available to non-Seasonal heroes). This also means that your non-Seasonal Achievement point total will not be affected by any Conquests you earn during a Season.

Once the Season ends, all Seasonal Leaderboards will be wiped and you’ll be unable to attain new Leaderboard ranks until the next Season begins. The results of the previous Season’s Leaderboards will remain available for viewing in-game for PC players. Once the new Season begins, PC players can view a handy dropdown menu to compare current and previous Season records. Similarly, console players will be able to view their rank for the previous Season.
PC players can also view current and past Leaderboards on our website.

In addition, the non-Seasonal Greater Rift Leaderboards on PC will be wiped sometime after the end of the Season. However, players on this platform can immediately compete in the currently active Era with their non-Seasonal heroes (including those who have just rolled over), and will not have to wait for the start of the next Season.Â
You can sort through your Seasonal rewards and review your progress on the Leaderboards between Seasons. It’s a great time to reflect on the accomplishments you’ve made and enjoy the fruits of your pre- and post-Season loot hunts!
Season 13 will end on the following dates:
Season 14 will begin about two weeks afterward on the dates below:

Diablo III Season 13 is now live in all gameplay regions! To create a Seasonal hero, choose your class, gender, and name as usual, then select the "Seasonal Hero" option.Â

Alternatively, you can use the Season Rebirth feature to continue your adventures on an existing character by starting over this Season. You can select a character for Rebirth on the Hero Selection screen. Simply choose the "Rebirth" option to begin your next adventure!Â

Any of the gear or items equipped on your character or in your inventory will be automatically stripped from the hero and mailed to your non-Seasonal characters, similar to the rollover process that occurs with your stash when a Season ends. In addition, your character will be set to level 1, ready to start the process as though they were freshly created!
For more details on the Season Rebirth feature, be sure to check out our original blog here.
Seasons are an optional, recurring game mode that offers players the opportunity to periodically start fresh, leveling new Normal or Hardcore heroes from level 1 without any currency, resources, items, or previously earned Paragon experience. Similar to the separation between Normal and Hardcore game modes, Seasonal heroes will also have their own shared stash and Artisan progression. Any currency, materials, recipes, items, Paragon experience, and Artisan progression earned during a Season will be rolled over to a player's non-Seasonal profile once the Season concludes.

Season 13 will offer unique rewards and new challenges for players, including new cosmetic items, pieces of an exclusive transmogrification set only available to those who participate in Seasons, and Season-only achievements or challenges called Conquests. Progress within a given Season will also be tracked on the Leaderboard system, and in the Seasons Journey interface.

Good luck, nephalem! May Kadala be generous and your deeds of valor always be remembered.Â
Season 13 begins soon! For those among you who enjoy the fresh start a Season brings, we wanted to give you a glimpse of what to expect before you race out the gate.
New Cosmetic Rewards
As per tradition, Season 13 will introduce new cosmetic rewards, obtainable by progressing through the Season Journey.
In addition to the Helm and Shoulders slots of the exclusive Conqueror Set, a brand-new series of portraits themed around Imperius will be available. Those who enjoy collecting pets will also be pleased to see a new arrival—Blaine’s Bear! While traveling together, you may be tempted to ask him why he’s covered in blood, or try removing the sharp objects he carries around. We strongly advise against this.

Season Journey Rewards
If you’ve been playing the past few Seasons diligently and reached Conqueror in the Season Journey each time, you’ve accrued a few extra stash tabs. Players who have not yet earned a total of four stash tabs via the Season Journey can still unlock an additional one by completing the following tasks at the Conqueror tier:
Seasonal Conquests
Speaking of Conquests, we’re rotating those, too! Love going fast? Sprinter and Speed Racer will be making a return. Enjoy testing your mettle in Greater Rifts? Divinity and Lionhearted are also coming back. If you’d rather max out your kill count with Cursed Chests, Curses! and Stars Align will be right up your alley. Those who enjoy seeing how far they can go without Set Items will get a kick out of The Thrill and Super Human. Finally, if you’re keen to show off your mastery of Set Dungeons, Masters of the Universe and Masters of Sets will be available once more.

Haedrig’s Gift
Finally, just as before, you’ll get a shiny new Class Set courtesy of Haedrig’s Gift for completing certain chapters in the Season Journey. We’ve listed the available Sets below. For those new to Seasons, here’s how it works:
Completing Chapters 2, 3, and 4 of the Season Journey will reward you with three Haedrig’s Gifts. Each Gift contains a few pieces from one of your Class Sets. Players can only unlock one Class Set in this manner per Season across Hardcore and Non-Hardcore, so choose wisely!
The set you will receive depends on the Class of the character you’re playing when you open each Haedrig’s Gift. To collect a full Class Set, you’ll need to open all three on the same character.
Here are the sets granted by Haedrig’s Gift in Season 13:
