I can only help on one and then I can't price but I can give you some info on it.

Thing of the Deep

The top CC on a thing is 8.5. When I look for an upgrade I put in 8.5 as my search criteria, so without the 8.5 that hurts it as it won't show up on a search for most Good damage, but top is I believe 100-400 or there abouts. Intelligence really needs to be 300 to be of any value. Can't remember about the mana regen but I think that will go higher than 10.

You'll get some money for it but its not BIS by any stretch. What's saving it from being crap is the damage.
