Does anyone have a pet build for WD that works in inferno?

not sure what to stack for my equipment since I'm not sure how pets scale with AR, armor, etc

Pet builds aren't viable at this point, I would wait til patch 1.0.4 and hope they buff pets.

I don't have specific numbers since I haven't tried a pet build myself, but I've read multiple posts saying they are inferno viable if you have extremely high armor/all res/life regen. You can then stack bleed and CC abilities like freeze, stun, etc. This can get quite expensive though, so hopefully there will be more viable options in a later patch.

From what I've seen on other forums you would go with cc/armor/str/res for the most part but I haven't actually seen one being played. The idea seems sound though. Hopefully with 1.0.4 we will get buffs that actually make some of the other spells for WD viable. That being said, I've been collecting some gear to try this out and I'll get a guide going when I can.

EDIT: Just cleared Act 1 Inferno and it was pretty easy for the most part. Killed the Butcher with 3800 armor, 27k life, 15k dps, 400 res, and just over 10% CC. Got all my gear for about 500k on the AH. Looking to farm Act 1 some more before heading to Act 2.

With the CC build I have been able to clear all of Act 2. (Only about 100 hours. Fairly Casual player) Having some Issues with Act 3. Stacking CC, Armour, All Resist works well to keep pets up. It also helps that I do almost all my progression with a Barb who keeps the Shout up with an extra 50% resistance. I get up to almost 8000 armour and 1200 physical resistance and my pets are almost unkillable. My only issue right now it not being able to find a Chance to Blind on Hit Amulet with decent stats because it is currently unsearchable on the AH.

Here's my pet build: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/witch-doctor#fZUYTV!ZYT!cbcZcZ

I use pickup radius gear to make it quite viable. I have 27 pickup radius.

People who were using a pet build pre 1.04 and were actually doing well must be beasting the game currently.

I've had success through act 2 and some in act 3 using fierce loyalty and zombie handler. After you rack up 12 or 15 thousand thorns damage, you'll do just fine

I've been thinking of trying out Fierce Loyalty. How expensive was your build?
